Cloud voice · Dialers · SIP trunking

Keep every seat on your floor talking.

Digital Hub Services LLC builds and runs the voice layer behind call centers, offices and home lines — dialers, numbers, PBX and carrier routes on one platform, watched by engineers who answer the phone.

What we run for you

Six services, one platform, one bill.

Pick the piece you need today. Everything shares the same portal, the same routes and the same support desk, so adding the next piece is a settings change rather than a migration.

Business VoIP

Extensions, IVR menus, hunt groups and call recording for teams of five or five thousand. Desk phones, softphones and mobiles all ring on the same number.

Residential VoIP

A home line without copper. Keep your existing number, plug in an adapter, and call from the handset you already own at a flat monthly rate.

Call center voice

Predictive, progressive and preview dialing with caller-ID rotation, answer-rate tuning and drop-timer controls that keep campaigns inside the rules.

Dedicated clusters

Your own isolated dialer stack on hardware nobody else touches — sized to your seat count, tuned to your campaigns, patched and monitored by us.

Client portal

Buy numbers, top up balance, pull CDRs, download recordings and open a ticket from one login. No emailing us to change a route.

Tier-1 carrier routes

Direct interconnects with verified CLI delivery. We publish route quality per destination so you can see what you are buying before you buy it.

Why operators move to us

Pacing that reads the floor, not the clock.

Most dialers pace on a fixed ratio and let agents absorb the difference. Ours watches live answer rates, talk time and agent availability, then adjusts the call rate every few seconds — more connects per hour, fewer abandoned calls, and a drop timer that stays inside your compliance target.

Behind that sits the part nobody advertises: route monitoring. We test destinations continuously and move traffic off a carrier the moment quality slips, usually before your supervisors notice.

Getting started

From first call to first campaign in under a week.

Step 01

Scoping call

Seats, destinations, dialing hours and the CRM you already use. Thirty minutes is usually enough.

Step 02

Numbers and routes

We provision your DIDs, register attestation and point trunks at the routes that fit your traffic.

Step 03

Build and test

Campaigns, dispositions, scripts and IVR go in. You run a pilot list while we watch the metrics.

Step 04

Go live

Agents log in, supervisors get the dashboard, and an engineer stays on your channel for the first week.

In their words

What clients say after the first quarter.

“We moved 140 seats over a weekend and opened Monday without a single dropped campaign. The part that surprised us was support — a person, on the first ring, who already knew our setup.”

NBOperations DirectorNorthline BPO

“Connect rates went up about nine points after they retuned our routes and caller-ID pool. Same list, same agents. That difference paid for the contract in a month.”

MCHead of SalesMeridian Contact Group

“Our compliance team signed off faster than our IT team did. Recording retention, DNC filtering and access logs were all there without us asking for them.”

Straight answers

Questions we get on the first call.

What does moving to VoIP actually save us?

Two things: the line rental you pay a traditional carrier, and the engineer visit every time you add a desk. Calls travel over your existing internet connection, so per-minute rates drop sharply on long distance and international destinations, and a new extension is a form field rather than a site visit. Most clients see the difference on the first invoice.

How are you different from the cheap providers?

Cheap providers resell whatever route is cheapest that hour, which is why quality wanders. We buy direct from tier-1 carriers, test destinations continuously, and publish uptime on a status page you can check without logging in. When something does break, you reach an engineer who can change a route, not a script reader.

Can we manage everything ourselves?

Yes. The portal covers numbers, routing, campaigns, users, recordings, CDRs, balance and tickets. Anything you can ask us to do, you can do yourself — and if you would rather we ran it, managed service is an option on any plan.

Will it work with our CRM?

We ship click-to-call and screen-pop integrations for the common CRMs, plus a REST API and webhooks for everything else. If your CRM is in-house, our team will work against your endpoints during onboarding rather than handing you documentation and wishing you luck.

Is this suitable for a home line?

It is. Residential service keeps your existing number, works through a small adapter with any standard handset, and includes voicemail-to-email and call forwarding. There is no contract lock-in and no engineer appointment.

How long does onboarding take?

A standard business account can be live the same day. A call center with a dedicated cluster, custom campaigns and CRM integration usually takes three to five working days, most of which is number provisioning and testing rather than waiting on us.
